We’re on the lookout for a talented and motivated Plasterer to join a dynamic team delivering reactive repair services. If you’re passionate about making a difference in the lives of residents and have a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you!

As a Plasterer, you will be working within a fast-paced environment on social housing contracts, providing essential reactive maintenance services to ensure our residents have well-maintained homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out plastering repairs and renewals to the highest standards
• Providing expert advice and support to your Supervisor when additional trades are required
• Managing your tasks independently and taking full ownership of projects
• Collaborating effectively with other team members to complete projects smoothly
• Keeping accurate records of your work, including job details and materials used
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and contribute to a productive team environment

• Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems on the spot
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• A high standard of workmanship and pride in your work
