The Company

Large housing maintenance provider with a bran new contract which is currently in mobilisation. Looking for permanent staff to deliver the contract which is predominately housing association maintenance works.   

The Role – Skilled and qualified in at least one of the following – Voids

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Wet Trades
• 1 week in 4 Mandatory call out

Skills & Experience

• Level 2 NVQ Carpentry or Plumbing or Masonry
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience
• Ability to keep to a tight time schedule

• 23 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
• Company Van & Fuel Card
