Project Manager – Retrofit & Net Zero

Location: London-Centric (Flexible/Hybrid)
Contract Type: Permanent
Reports To: Senior Design Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of retrofit and net-zero projects within our growing business. In this role, you will work closely with 10-25 key staff members, supporting social landlords and public sector bodies in achieving their decarbonisation and investment programme goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through the delivery journey of net-zero strategies.
• Support the business in securing new opportunities within the sector.
• Oversee and coordinate retrofit and decarbonisation projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to drive project success.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction sector.
✅ Proven experience managing small teams.
✅ Degree in Construction, Environmental Studies, or related field.
✅ Strong technical expertise in retrofit and decarbonisation projects.
✅ Knowledge of Energy Company Funding or Government Funding for energy efficiency.
✅ Experience working with social landlords or public sector housing providers is desirable.
