Housing Maintenance & Construction Specialist, carrying out multi trade works in a professional manner. Contracts are Kent / Sussex. Ideally Carpentry Background along with: Fencing, Replacement of rainwater goods, Window Care / Repair, Rendering, Plastering, Pointing, Paving.

• Level 2 NVQ Carpentry
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
