£20 per hour plus van and fuel card

Temp to perm opportunity

We are looking for an experienced multi trade with skills in painting, carpentry and tiling that has experience within the social housing sector to join a busy repairs and maintenance contract in Brent and surrounding postcodes.

This is a permanent opportunity but is initially offered on a 6 month temp to perm contract. A van and fuel card are provided, along with hand tools. Work is Monday to Friday and you will be paid weekly, £20 per hour CIS.

You must hold a qualification in your main trade, either painting and decorating, carpentry or tiling, or an NVQ in building maintenance.

You will need:

• Skills in painting, carpentry and tiling.
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Previous experience on a similar contract with social housing sector
• Relevant qualifications – NVQ or apprenticeship served.
• Clean DBS

This is an excellent opportunity to secure 6 months work with a van and fuel card provided.
