Housing Maintenance & Construction Specialist, carrying out multi trade works in a professional manner. Contracts are Essex OR North London.  

The Role

• Carpentry (Must have a carpentry background)
• Fencing, replacement of rainwater goods, overclad window repair
• Brickwork, plastering, painting, rendering

Skills & Experience

• Level 2 NVQ Carpentry
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
• CSCS Blue Card or higher

• 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
