Position: Assistant Estimator
Location: North London (Flexible working – 2 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Package

The Role:

As an Assistant Estimator, you will play a key role in supporting the tendering process for responsive repairs projects within the social housing sector. You will work closely with senior estimators and project teams, providing accurate cost estimations and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting tenders for responsive repairs projects in the social housing sector.
• Work closely with senior estimators to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies.
• Review and analyse project specifications, drawings, and other tender documentation.
• Maintain and update the tender database with relevant information.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimating.
• Support the preparation of tender submissions, ensuring deadlines are met.

About You:

• Previous experience in an estimating or assistant estimating role, ideally within the property services or construction sector.
• Familiarity with responsive repairs projects or social housing would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to develop your career within a leading organisation.
