Temp to perm opportunity

We are looking for an experienced multi trade operative with experience within the social housing sector to join a busy repairs and maintenance contract in Crawley and surrounding postcodes.

You will be completing routine maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, decorating and general property maintenance and repairs.

This is a permanent opportunity but is initially offered on a 6 month temp to perm contract. A van and fuel card are provided, along with hand tools. 

You will need:

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Previous experience on a similar contract
• Relevant carpentry or plumbing NVQ or City and Guilds Qualification
• Clean DBS
