£20 per hour plus van and fuel card

Temp to perm opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter or Carpenter Multi Trade with experience within the social housing sector to join a busy repairs and maintenance contract in Notting Hill and surrounding postcodes.

This is a permanent opportunity but is initially offered on a 6 month temp to perm contract. A van and fuel card are provided, along with hand tools. 

We would love to hear from NVQ or City and Guild Carpenters that can also turn their hand to other property maintenance such as basic plumbing repairs, painting, tiling, plastering etc.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure 6 months temporary contract, or a permanent position, where a van and fuel card are provided. You will be paid weekly at £20 per hour CIS.

You will need:

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Previous experience on a similar contract
• Relevant carpentry NVQ or City and Guilds Qualification
• Clean DBS
