We have an opportunity for an Electrician to join a responsive repairs contract, to deliver electrical maintenance on social housing properties in the Guildford & surrounding areas.

This is a permanent role starting on 6th Jan 2024.

Job role details:

• Fault finding and repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
• Replacing and repairing electrical faults reported
• 40 hours work per week
• Salary of £40,000 per annum + van and fuel card
• Some on call work available

Requirements:

• Full driving license
• Electrical NVQ Level 3 
• 18 th Edition
• 2391 not essential but desirable
• Experience working on domestic electrical maintenance work ideally social housing
