M&E Working Supervisor, Commercial Offices

We are onboarding a Working Supervisor from a technical maintenance background to be based out of a busy 80K square foot commercial office building on Cannon Street, London, for a busy and well respected facilities management service provider (SME).

This will be a varied role. We are open minded to considering either mechanical or electrical biased professionals although electrical with 18th edition preferred.

You will be an experienced manager of people, delivering a first-class service to the managing agent, as well as tenants and customers occupying the building. You will be expected to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, manage maintenance budgets and have strong all round knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.

We are looking for supervisors from a technical background or experienced engineers with the right attitude looking to take on more responsibility and work with autonomy. Hours 7am-4pm, no on call work and chance to pick up a small amount of overtime.
