We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Property Operations Director based in the South West.
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Property Operations Director – based in the South West, with flexibility for remote work. The Property Operations Director will oversee the management of properties, and their ongoing repairs & maintenance programs, analyzing budgets, and utilize expertise in property performance, customer service and compliance. The role will involve collaborating with various teams within the organization to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of properties.
Experience/ Qualifications
- Repairs & Maintenance department management
- Previous experience of working in social housing
- Customer Service and Budgeting skills
- Experience in compliance, M&E, Fire and Asbestos
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant social housing regulations
- Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions
- Relevant certification or degree, membership or working towards
