Rate: £19.37 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)

About the Company:

Build recruitment are currently working with a Property Maintenance Contractor in Wythenshawe. They are seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to work on-site in tenanted properties where planned maintenance and re-roofing projects will improve energy efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience working with tenants in private rented housing accommodation
• Ability to pass a CRB check
• Experience in tenant relations and effectively communicating the benefits of project work
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise
