Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lambeth
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a national Tier 1 Property Services Contractor based in Lambeth. This role will see you working on planned works within the social housing sector, ensuring the financial and contractual management of key refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the financial and commercial aspects of planned maintenance projects
• Preparing accurate cost estimates, tender documentation, and procurement strategies
• Overseeing subcontractor accounts, valuations, and payments
• Conducting cost analysis, forecasting, and risk management
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual terms
• Liaising with project managers and key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the social housing or property services sector
• Strong understanding of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Excellent financial management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with relevant professional memberships preferred
• Strong communication and team-working skills
