Electrician / Multi Skilled Engineer

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working with a national facilities group to recruit an experienced multi skilled engineer with an electrical bias.

This is an exciting role in which you will be joining a NHS contract providing electrical maintenance across Cornwall, but mainly in South Cornwall. The role is offered on a permanent basis with a company van and fuel card, plus the opportunity to earn extra via the on call rota which is one week in 7.

You will be providing electrical repairs and electrical maintenance plus some general fabric maintenance across health care sites.

This role will suit an experienced building services engineer that holds some electrical qualifications, or an experienced commercial electrician with some fabric maintenance skills.

Experience working within the health care sector would be beneficial but is not essential.

Main responsibilities:

Electrical repairs and maintenance.

Mainly commercial work. Low voltage systems. Electrical maintenance

You will be familiar with routine preventative maintenance and reactive works and be able to manage your own workload and work to deadlines. 

Some basic fabric maintenance skills such as plumbing, minor fabric repairs etc.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Full driving licence 
• 18th Edition
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team

This role will require a basic DBS check.
