Role: Site Manager for a Social Housing Refurbishment Project

Project: 12-storey Tower Block Refurbishment and Thermal Upgrade

Scope of Work: External Works, Window Replacements, Insulation Installation, Internal Refurbishment of Shared Spaces, Lifts, Stairwells, and Flats, Implementation of New Heating and Ventilation Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a smooth transition into the new year by overseeing the holiday period of a social housing refurbishment project for a reputable contractor in Birmingham.
• Manage the refurbishment and thermal upgrade of a 12-storey tower block, including external works, window replacements, insulation installation, and internal refurbishment of shared spaces, lifts, stairwells, and flats.
• Implement new heating and ventilation systems to enhance the living conditions of the residents.

Requirements:

• To be considered for this role, you must possess a CSCS Gold Supervisor card or Black CSCS card.
• Additionally, you must hold valid First Aid and SMSTS certifications, demonstrating your commitment to health and safety on site.

Opportunity:

• This is a weekly paid role through an umbrella company, with CIS/UTR payments and a 20% deduction rate.
• The hourly rate is £32 based on a 45-hour workweek, equating to a daily rate of £288.
• Enjoy a Monday to Friday work schedule, with a pay rate of £18.59 per hour.
