Multi Skilled Operative

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum + van and fuel card

Area: Plymouth and Cornwall

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working with a maintenance specialist to recruit a multi trade operative to cover Plymouth and Cornwall.

This role is offered as a permanent position. A company van and fuel card are provided.

This role would suit a multi skilled trades person with good plumbing skills, good carpentry skills, UPVC door and window repair experience, and other basic skills such as painting, patch plastering and outdoor maintenance such as fencing and basic brick and block repairs.

You will be working across a range of void and occupied properties providing general refurbishments and responsive repairs.

Main responsibilities:

Undertaking all aspects of carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting as required, assisting with making good and repairs in a variety of domestic properties.

You will be familiar with routine preventative maintenance and reactive works and be able to manage your own workload and work to deadlines. 

Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Full driving licence 
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team
