About us

Build Recruitment, have been established for 10 years working with social housing providers and contractors delivering planned and reactive maintenance works. We are currently seeking to speak to multiple Resident / Tenant Liaison officers for patches  in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and North Wales. 

Duties would include the following tasks;  

Based in the onsite office dealing with any issues or complaints that the tenants /lease holders may have while our work is ongoing. Updating tenants and take dilapidation photos for our files while the  work is ongoing making appointments with tenants to visit their apartments/ homes and take dilapidation photos of before and after works.

Salary and Benefits

Perm Salary is up to £28,000 plus a car or car allowance, plus mileage, 25 days holidays (Plus Bank Holidays), pension contribution, Medical benefits and Promotion opportunities,
