Job Title: Electrician

Location: Dorset

Salary: £38K plus van and fuel card

We are looking for an electrician to join a MOD contractor to provide domestic and some commercial electrical maintenance and testing across Dorset.

Although covering the whole of Dorset, the main areas covered day to day are around the Blandford Forum to Bovington area.

You will be included in an out of hours rota to provide emergency cover on a rota basis.

Successful applicants must be able to pass SC / MOD security clearance.

Day to Day:

• Fault finding and electrical maintenance
• EICR Tests
• Fault finding and fuse boards
• Working in void and occupied MOD properties
• Working alone or as part of a small team
• Providing a friendly and professional service

Requirements:

• Full driving licence
• 2391 or 2392 
• 18th Edition
• Relevant electrical qualification, City & Guilds 2330 Level 3, 2351 Levels 2 & 3 or 2360 pt 1&2. or NVQ Level 3
• MOD clearance will need to be passed.
