Painter – Newquay, Cornwall

Refurb -Internal works

We are recruiting for a temporary position in Newquay, Cornwall. Our client is southwest based painting contractor with an outstanding reputation. They have lots of work around Cornwall and other parts of the southwest at this time. Contracts range across commercial, retail, refurb, industrial, social housing, new build and more.

There will be opportunities with them on other developments if you do a good job.

Day to day:

• Being allocated work by the site foreman
• Working to deadlines
• Painting internally with emulsion
• To assist with the refurb of a building
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment 
• Following site safety 
• Tidying after yourself

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience as a painter for this job
• Professional at all times 
• Good work ethic
• An in date CSCS card
• PPE
• Driving licence is not essential but will be an advantage
• Good timekeeping
