Development Manager – Cornwall

Permanent Employed Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well respected house builder in Cornwall as their Development Manager. 

Day to Day:

• Working closely with the Head of Land & Development and Senior Development Manager creating a detailed business plan and strategy
• Overseeing the development phase of projects from land acquisition to obtaining planning consents, ensuring fast paced delivery of feasible planning permissions in line with business plan targets
• Being the development lead on projects
• Ensuring developments uphold the most quality and customers are happy while maximising on value
• Ensure financial viability is maintained and controlled
• Work well with the rest of the team

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Good experience in residential development management – essential
• Strong knowledge of planning and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
