Due to a healthy pipeline of work for 2024 and 2025 – I’m looking to speak with Contracts Managers to join a reputable high-profile client of mine based out of their offices in Merseyside. Most of the your time will be spent on site. 

The ideal Contract Manager will have experience in the Retro Fit / Refurbishment sector working with clients from Local Authorities and councils.  As a Contract Manager you will also have knowledge around of the refurbishment sector and be working in Net Zero/ De-carbonisation projects including good sector knowledge with EWI works. 

You will be running – 3-4 contracts at any one time. In the role as a Contracts Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of several designated contracts / sites, having the responsibility for the control and management of several Site Managers and site supervisors. To ensure that contracts are completed to the designated programme and budgets with zero defects and with no risk to the Health & Safety of our operation team, the client, or the public. Also to assist in the tendering and gathering of new works and clients and ensure set contract KPI’s are met.

Salary starting at £60,000 per annum note up to £65,000 plus a car or car allowance, plus other benefits.
