Electrician

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Electrician for repair work within domestic properties, covering Westminster.

The Electrician will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.

40 hours per week , 08:00-17:00 , Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Electrician:

• Perform inspections and repairs on electrical fixtures within domestic properties
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues
• Install new electrical equipment and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of materials used
• Uphold safety standards and provide tenants with guidance on electrical safety practices

About you as the Electrician:

• Experienced Electrician or Electrician Engineer
• Fully qualified (NVQ 3 + 18th Edition + AM2)
• Test and Inspection Certificate (2391, 2394/95, 4337/8)
