Handyman/Snagger working on new build housing site 

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced finisher/snagger for a 3 month contract leading to more work in Chinley working on a new build housing. Experience in new build housing essential. Candidates will be multi skilled.

The Job and duties of Finisher/Snagger operative 

• • Undertaking repairs and finishing off plots.
  • Bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
  • Painting and decorating
  • Multi skilled operatives must be experienced 

   Requirements for a Finisher/Snagger Operative 

• • You will need a Full UK driving license 
  • Proven experience in the construction maintenance sector
  • Hold a valid CSCS
  • Be able to provide at least two working references
