Finshrer/Snagger working on voids 

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced finisher/snagger for a 2 year contract in Sheffield working on a voids contract, kitchen fitting will be a large part of the works. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled and be joinery bias.

The Job and duties of Finisher/Snagger operative 

• • Undertaking repairs and renovating rooms 
  • bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
  • Painting and decorating
  • Multi skilled operatives must be experienced 

   

Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative 

• • You will need a Full UK driving license 
  • Proven experience in the maintenance sector
  • Be able to provide at least two working references
