My client is a leading provider of housing solutions dedicated to creating safe, sustainable, and thriving communities. They specialize in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to social housing properties, ensuring that residents have comfortable and well-maintained homes.

They are seeking a highly organized and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee our repairs and maintenance operations within social housing communities. The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, vendor relationships, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• To support the Project Lead in their duties and manage supply chain. Liaise DTD supervisors to ensure service compliance with contractual service standards measured through KPI’s providing an efficient and effective maintenance service including Voids, Disrepair, Day to Day Repairs and Planned Works workstreams which results in commercial success and high levels of customer satisfaction through supply chain management.
• Understanding of legislation in housing maintenance and property management, with the ability to transfer these into best practice working processes.
• Understanding of Best Value and what constitutes a quality service.

Qualifications:

• Asbestos Awareness 
• Driving License – Desirable
