The role is for a Mechanical Contract Manager on the maintenance side:

They will be responsible for the planned maintenance, responsive repair maintenance and quoted works for HVAC systems.

Quoted works that develop into a project are managed by our installation contract manager, projects generally are considered to commence above 20k.  Although this is variable dependent upon the nature of the work.

The maintenance turnover in the current year is forecast to be 3.3m-3.6m   The Contract Manager and team must be driven to meet this level offering fantastic customer service and support.

This is not a hybrid working role, its a site based role.

We would expect the contract manager to lead by example and create an effective, focused, and driven team.

The job is demanding, and it will require flexible and dedicated working.

The Contract managers will be on site at 8.0 am and heading home from 5.0pm.

The contract manager needs to lead and do what it takes to manage the contract.  

The sites are interesting with considerable systems, processes and requirements that all blend to make the job both challenging and rewarding.
