We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a public sector organisation, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in the Bristol area.

Day to Day:

This role will involve managing direct operatives and sub-contractors, arranging works, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for reactive repairs.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

•      Management of multiple work streams across the Bristol area providing a repairs service
•      Working across housing association repairs and voids
•      Management of daily workload and prioritising repairs requests
•      Monitoring KPIs, targets and daily management of teams
•      Management of contracts and adhering to SLAs
•      Previous experience in this role is essential.
•      Trade background would be beneficial.
