Multi Trade Operative – Plymouth and surrounding

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multi Trade who will provide a surveying and maintenance service on social housing properties in the Plymouth and surrounding area.

Role Details/ Benefits:

• 12 weeks temp to perm
• £35,000 per annum 
• Opportunity to do some surveying as well as work on the tools
• Company van and fuel card
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Multi Operative Day to Day:

• Surveying properties and listing work required
• Carrying out minor maintenance repairs on domestic properties
• All aspects of maintenance work in properties, carpentry, window and door repairs, leak remedials etc
• Dealing with customers in MOD housing, being polite and professional
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
• Following a spec to complete works
• Reporting to your Supervisor

Carpenter Multi Operative Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• NVQ in a trade (desirable)
• DBS – will be completed prior to start
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving licence
• Security check will be completed by client prior to start
