Gas Engineer

Our client is looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to work on domestic properties completing breakdown, service and repair works on domestic heating and hot water systems on social housing projects in Oldham and the surrounding areas.

The successful Gas Engineer will be responsible for ensuring heating and hot water systems are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, helping customers stay comfortable in their homes. You’ll diagnose faults, complete repairs, carry out planned maintenance, and provide a high standard of workmanship while delivering excellent customer service at every visit.

Requirements and responsibilities of the role:

– Carry out service and repairs works on domestic properties
– Ensure a good standard of customer service towards both the tenants and clients

Qualifications and documents needed for the role:

– Valid UK Driving license
– Valid Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)
– Experience in a domestic gas maintenance role

The basic salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience and the OTE is around £45,000 per annum.
