Freelance Site Manager – Curtain Walling / Façade

Location: Exeter
Duration: 6 Months
Project: Student Accommodation Recladding

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a six-month student accommodation Curtain Wall refurbishment project in Exeter.

Working as the Number 2 on site, you will support the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience within the curtain walling industry – candidates from other backgrounds will not be considered.

• Quality Assurance Experience – experience using Multivista

• Previous experience delivering façade projects, ideally recladding schemes.

• Experience working within live environments.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

• Must live locally to Exeter, as no digs or accommodation are available.

The Opportunity:

• Six-month freelance contract.

• Long-term project on a student accommodation recladding scheme.

• Key supporting role reporting directly to the Project Manager.
