We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Operative to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties in and around Lambeth.

This role is ideal for a skilled operative with experience in finishing works, painting and decorating, making good, tiling repairs and general multi-trade maintenance.

Key Duties:

• Carry out reactive maintenance, finishing works and repairs within occupied social housing properties.

• Complete painting and decorating, patch repairs and making good to walls and ceilings.

• Carry out minor tiling repairs, grouting and silicone sealing where required.

• Complete finishing works following repairs and installations, ensuring a high-quality, professional finish.

• Undertake general maintenance tasks and ensure properties are left clean, tidy and presentable.

• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes.

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.

• Identify and report any additional repairs or defects requiring further attention.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Finishing Operative, Multi-Trader or in a similar maintenance role.

• Experience working within social housing, property maintenance or reactive repairs is desirable.

• Good knowledge of painting, decorating, making good and general finishing works.

• Ability to work independently, manage workloads and complete jobs to a high standard.

• Full UK driving licence.
