Salary: £38,000 per year Van & Fuel Card

We are currently looking for an experienced Roofer to join a leading Tier One company, working across Kingston Council properties.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled roofer looking for a stable, permanent position with a reputable company, carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.

The Role:

• Carrying out reactive and planned roofing repairs
• General roof maintenance and inspections
• Repairing and replacing tiles, slates and other roofing materials
• Identifying and resolving leaks
• Working across Kingston Council properties
• Providing a professional and reliable service to residents
• Completing work to a high standard and following health & safety procedures

Package:

• £38,000 per year
• Van provided
• Fuel card provided
• Permanent position
• Work across the Kingston area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Roofer
• Social housing/property maintenance experience is desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Good customer service skills
• Reliable and professional approach
