Multi Trade – North Cornwall

Experienced Multi Trade required to work for a busy and reputable contractor in North Cornwall on a responsive maintenance social housing contract.

Covering a specific patch of Bodmin up to Bude.

This is a really exciting permanent on the books opportunity.

Package:

• Salary £35-38,000 per annum (highest salary achievable for someone with responsive maintenance experience)

Multi Trade Day to Day:

• Maintenance work on properties in the North Cornwall area
• Carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, flooring, etc
• Working alongside other trades/ colleagues 
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly 
• Reporting to your supervisor on progress
• Speaking with customers politely and professionally explaining timescales and works to be carried out
• Staying calm and professional during your working day

Multi Trade Requirements:

• Good trades experience
• Previous experience working within social housing – desirable
• Responsive maintenance experience is advantageous
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
