Social Housing contract

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for a Floor layer to join their team working on a social housing contract in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas. The successful Floor layer will carry out installs, repairs, and maintenance on domestic floor coverings across occupied tenant homes and vacant void properties.

Pay rate – £23.63PH CIS 
The role comes with a company van and fuel card.

Skills / Qualifications needed for the plasterer position:

– NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Floor Covering
– Blue Skilled CSCS card
– UK Driving license
– Experience working on domestic properties
