Assistant Site Manager – Windows & Roofing

Sutton £40,000 £5,000 Car Allowance Permanent

We are recruiting an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of an external refurbishment contract in the Sutton area.

The project includes window replacements and roofing works, with responsibility for supporting daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring health and safety, completing site records and ensuring works meet programme and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Previous Assistant Site Manager or Supervisor experience

• Social housing experience is preferred

• Windows or roofing experience would be advantageous

• Valid CSCS card

• SSSTS preferred

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Available to start immediately or at short notice
