Plumber Multi Trade – Cornwall

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Plumber Multi Trade who will provide a maintenance service on social housing properties from Truro down to Penzance.
 

Role Details/ Benefits:

• £40k plus van and fuel card
• Temp to perm, 12 weeks 
• 25 days holiday bank holidays

Plumber Multi Day to Day:

• All aspects of maintenance work in properties, mainly plumbing but you will need to be able to do other trades to a good level as well
• Changing taps, radiators, toilets, basins, leaky taps etc
• Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
• Following a spec to complete works
• Reporting to your Supervisor

Plumber Multi Trade Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Plumbing qualification desireable or 10 years experience
• DBS – will be completed prior to start
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
