We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established organisation delivering social housing and property maintenance services.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused surveyor with experience in social housing or housing maintenance, looking to develop their career within a stable and growing business.

About You

We’re looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor with:

• Post-graduate experience in a surveying/commercial role

• Experience within social housing or housing maintenance

• Ideally, exposure to responsive repairs, voids, compliance or planned maintenance

• Good understanding of commercial and contractual processes

• Experience managing subcontractors, valuations and variations

• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills

• A proactive and organised approach
