Location: Brixton – covering Lambeth, Brixton and South Norwood
Rate: £21.00 per hour CIS
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (42.5 hours per week)
Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm
Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Weekly Pay

Build Recruitment is looking for an experienced Plasterer to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties.

Key Duties

• Carry out reactive plastering repairs within occupied properties
• Patch plastering, bonding, skimming and making good
• Repair damaged walls and ceilings
• Complete minor associated multi-trade works where required
• Deliver a high standard of work and good customer service

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plastering or a relevant trade
• Alternatively, a Blue CSCS Card in Plastering or a similar trade
• Experience working within domestic or social housing properties
• Full UK Driving Licence
