Groundworker

Location: Bedfordshire 
Hourly Rate : £21 per hour CIS 
Van & Fuel card provided 
Hours: Mon to Fri – 42.5 hours per week 

We are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our team working on social housing project covering Bedfordshire 

The Role

You will be carrying out general groundworks and external maintenance on social housing properties, working as part of a professional team and helping to keep properties and communal areas safe and well maintained.

Duties may include:

• General groundworks and external works
• Slabbing, paving and concreting
• Kerb and edging work
• General repairs and maintenance
• Working safely on occupied social housing sites

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Groundworker
• Good knowledge of general groundworks
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Full UK driving licence required
