Site Manager – South Derbyshire

£32.00 per hour Umbrella or CIS Temp to Perm Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a social housing planned works contract in South Derbyshire.

The role will involve overseeing planned refurbishment works including windows, kitchens, bathrooms and doors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors

• Update and manage the programme

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

• Coordinate labour, materials and site activities

• Liaise with residents, client representatives and subcontractors

• Maintain site records and ensure compliance with health & safety requirements

Essential Requirements

• Gold CSCS card or above 

• SMSTS 

• Previous Site Management or Supervision experience

• Experience within social housing – essential

• Available to start within 2 weeks of offer
