Plumber Multi – Social Housing Day-to-Day Repairs

Location: Benfleet, Thurrock and surrounding areas
Pay: £22 per hour (CIS)
Vehicle: Company van provided
Fuel: Fuel card included
Qualification: NVQ Level 2 required

We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to join our team, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Benfleet, Thurrock and the surrounding areas.

The Role

You will be responsible for attending properties to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs, along with general multi-trade maintenance where required. The role involves working in occupied homes, providing a professional service and completing repairs to a high standard.

Duties may include:

• Day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults

• Repairing leaks, taps, toilets, sinks and pipework

• Replacing plumbing fixtures and fittings

• Basic bathroom and kitchen repairs

• General multi-trade repairs and making-good

• Working in occupied and unoccupied social housing properties

• Completing jobs within agreed timescales

• Keeping work areas clean, safe and tidy

• Providing a professional and customer-focused service

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing – essential

• Proven experience as a Plumber Multi

• Previous social housing or property maintenance experience desirable

• Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, professional and hardworking

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence required
