Carpenter Multi – Social Housing / Decent Homes

Location: KT postcodes and surrounding areas
Pay: £22 per hour (CIS)
Vehicle: Company van provided
Fuel: Fuel card included

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi to join our team, working on social housing and Decent Homes projects across the KT postcode areas.

The Role

You will be carrying out carpentry repairs, maintenance and general multi-trade works across social housing properties, helping bring homes up to a high standard and ensuring all works are completed safely and professionally.

Duties may include:

• General carpentry repairs and maintenance

• Repairing and replacing doors, frames and architraves

• Hanging and adjusting internal doors

• Skirting boards, flooring and basic joinery

• Repairing kitchen units and cupboards

• General making-good and multi-trade repairs

• Working on Decent Homes refurbishment projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi

• Good knowledge of general property maintenance

• Full UK driving licence required
