Plumber Multi – Social Housing / Decent Homes

Location: KT postcodes and surrounding areas
Pay: £22 per hour (CIS)
Vehicle: Company van provided
Fuel: Fuel card included
Qualification: NVQ Level 2 required

We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to join our team, working on social housing and Decent Homes projects across the KT postcode areas.

The Role

You will be carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and general multi-trade works across social housing properties, helping bring homes up to a high standard and ensuring all works are completed safely and professionally.

Duties may include:

• General plumbing repairs and maintenance

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults

• Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks and other plumbing fixtures

• Basic bathroom and kitchen plumbing

• Leak detection and repairs

• General multi-trade maintenance and making-good

• Working on Decent Homes refurbishment projects

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing – essential

• Good knowledge of domestic plumbing systems

• Full UK driving licence required
