Plasterer Multi – Social Housing

Location: Lambeth and surrounding areas
Pay: £22 per hour (CIS)
Vehicle: Company van provided
Fuel: Fuel card included

We are looking for an experienced Plasterer Multi to join our team, working on social housing properties in and around Lambeth.

The Role

You will be carrying out plastering and general multi-trade repairs across social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Duties may include:

• Internal plastering and patch repairs

• Skimming and rendering

• Making good walls and ceilings

• Filling, preparation and finishing works

• Tiling and decorating works where required

• Carrying out repairs in occupied and unoccupied properties

• Keeping work areas clean, safe and tidy

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in social housing or property maintenance is desirable

• Reliable, professional and customer-focused

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence required
