Painter & Decorator – Social Housing

Location: Lambeth and surrounding areas
Pay: £20.20 per hour (CIS)
Vehicle: Company van provided
Fuel: Fuel card included

We are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team, working on social housing properties in and around Lambeth.

The Role

You will be carrying out painting and decorating works on social housing properties, ensuring homes are maintained to a high standard and completed professionally.

Duties may include:

• Internal and external painting

• Preparing walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork

• Filling, sanding and making good surfaces

• Emulsioning and glossing

• Wallpapering where required

• Minor making-good and preparation works

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Good knowledge of painting and decorating techniques

• Experience working on social housing or maintenance contracts is desirable

• Full UK driving licence required
