Plumber – Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)
£22 per hour CIS 
Van & Fuel Card Provided

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working across occupied social housing properties. 

This is a great opportunity for a skilled plumber with experience in reactive maintenance who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied social housing properties.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, burst pipes, toilets, taps, showers, sinks, and waste systems.
• Complete first-time fixes wherever possible.
• Undertake minor multi-trade works where required.
• Provide a professional and courteous service while working in tenants’ homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Previous social housing experience is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds Level 2 (trade qualification) or blue CSCS

What’s on Offer:

• £22 per hour.
• Company van and fuel card.
