Job Title: Fabric / Maintenance Engineer

Salary: up to £34,000, plenty of optional overtime

Build Recruitment are looking for experienced Fabric / Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FM Contractor working within a Corporate 15 storey office space in Central Manchester.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in commercial / FM / Maintenance Engineering to be able put forward, the role will consist of completing PPM’s & reactive duties across the office, including assisting other trades as and where possible, such as basic plumbing.

Requirements – 

• Experience within a commercial setting, completing basic plumbing, basic carpentry, door lock changes
• assisting other trades across the site as and where needed
• keeping the site tidy of rubbish from completed work
