An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing specialist contractor delivering high-profile passive fire protection projects across the UK.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple large-scale projects within residential, commercial, and public sector environments, working with a business known for quality, compliance, and technical excellence.

You’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards across fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation systems.
 

The Role

You will:

• Manage multiple passive fire protection projects valued between £2m–£4m
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver quality installations and compliant solutions
• Maintain strong commercial oversight including budgets, programmes, and profitability
• Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with experienced Contracts Managers who have:

• A background in passive fire protection, within a social housing environment
• Strong technical knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation
• Experience managing large-scale projects and multiple workstreams
