Carpenter – Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)

• £22 per hour
• Van & Fuel Card Provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties across Benfleet and Thurrock.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Key Duties:

• Carry out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied social housing properties.
• Repair and replace doors, frames, locks, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens, flooring, and other first and second fix carpentry.
• Complete minor multi-trade works where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Provide a professional service while working in tenants’ homes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reactive maintenance and social housing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ LVL 2 trade qualification
